A deal finder is someone who identifies and discovers promising real estate opportunities for WeDeal. In return, deal finders are generously rewarded and can earn up to 25% of a project’s profit margin, without investing any of their own money.
Submitting a deal is easy. The simplest way is to give us a call. Our team will guide you through the process and evaluate your opportunity.
No, as a deal finder with WeDeal, you don’t need to invest any money. WeDeal fully finances each project and handles its execution. This allows the deal finder to become a ‘sleeping partner’ in the operation, earning up to 25% of the profits without any real financial risk on their part.
At WeDeal, our team analyzes every opportunity as quickly as possible and usually gets back to you within 48 hours. If the analysis is positive, we agree on terms together, visit the property with you, and make an offer to the sellers. If the analysis is negative or the opportunity doesn’t fit our criteria, we’ll inform you while staying open to future submissions. On average, out of 10 opportunities reviewed, only 2 are approved.
